Partnering with organizations to unlock insight, strengthen internal capabilities, and provide strategic leadership that drives results.
Insight. Impact. Empathy.
I love working with teams who are curious, thoughtful, and committed to meaningful work — but who could use a bit more capacity, clarity, or strategic direction to get there. That’s where I come in. I bring deep experience in research and training, a genuine love of partnering with smart people, and the flexibility to jump in wherever support is needed. Whether I’m designing studies, moderating interviews, strengthening processes, or guiding teams through transition, I help move work forward with insight, structure, and a whole lot of empathy. Together, we’ll make your work feel more manageable, more impactful, and—dare I say—more enjoyable.
How I Can help:
-
I design and deliver rigorous qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research that brings clarity to complex questions. Whether I’m leading a study from the ground up or stepping in mid-stream, I provide structure, thoughtful analysis, and insight you can act on. My goal is to help your team make confident, evidence-based decisions.
-
With years of experience training researchers at every level, I create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and immediately useful. I help teams strengthen their skills, improve processes, and build internal capacity so insight leads to real, sustained impact. If there's a training you’ve been meaning to develop — I can help bring it to life.
-
When teams are navigating growth, transition, or bandwidth gaps, I step in as a steady, senior-level partner. I provide hands-on leadership to keep projects moving, clarify priorities, and support teams through pivotal moments. It’s experienced guidance — exactly when you need it, without the commitment of a full-time hire.
